CGA Recruiting Team
We begin our process by meeting with business leaders to discuss the qualifications and traits of their ideal candidate. Doing this allows us to understand what kind of person will best fit the position the business is looking to fill. Once we fully understand the qualifications and duties of the position as well as the culture of the company, we can begin matching up candidates to fill the role.
When we meet with candidates, we have an in-depth discussion about their work history, qualifications, and ideal work environment. We don’t want to mislead candidates in any way about the positions available. This is why we take the time to really get to know what they’re looking for and what level of work they’re able to accomplish.
If our 25 years of combined experience have taught us anything, it’s that business is all about relationships. We know just how important it is to find the right match.
We have worked with the Junior Achievement, an organization that inspires and prepares young people to succeed in the global economy. The organization’s volunteer-delivered, kindergarten through 12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential.
As a board member of The Institute of Financial Operations, Cazayoux, Goss & Associates has helped the Institute stand as the leading authority for the financial operations universe and serve as the trusted voice and the primary resource for its members and their professions.
Cazayoux, Goss & Associates has donated gift certificates to raffles put on by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). LLS is the largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding research, finding cures and ensuring access to treatments for blood cancer patients.
