We begin our process by meeting with business leaders to discuss the qualifications and traits of their ideal candidate. This allows us to understand what kind of person will best fit the position the business is looking to fill. Once we fully understand the qualifications and duties of the position as well as the culture of the company, we can begin matching up candidates to fill the role.
